GGS-118(P2) Plastic Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine
Description:
GGS-118(P2) Plastic Ampoule Automatic Filling & Sealing Machine is suitable for all kinds of liquid and pasty filling in PVC packing materials including oral liquid, pesticide, perfume, cosmetics, jam and food, etc.
First, the machine heats and forms PVC bottles from two PVC films, and then bottles are top open, ready for filling. And then it fills liquid products in ampoules and seals the top. Finally, excessive PVC packing materials are cut and PVC ampoules are output.
According to requirements, this machine can work in-line with downstream packing machine.
Performance Characteristics:
1. It adopts PLC control and stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
2. The working processes such as unwinding, plastic forming, filling, batch number printing,indentation, punching and cutting are completed automatically by the program.
