Description

Working principle
The machine is a vertical structure, it is composed of a base, a motor, a crushing chamber cover and a hopper. The feeding hopper and cover can be tilted at a certain angle and open, which is convenient for cleaning the material in the crushing chamber. The working principle of the WCSJ-20A universal coarse crusher is that the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed hopper, and is crushed by the impact and shearing of the rotating knife installed on the motor shaft and the triangular seat fixed in the crushing chamber. The material flows automatically to the outlet through the screen to complete the crushing process.

All SS304, except for the base transmission structure is made from Q235 channel steel with 1.5mm thick SS304 cover. Feed hopper is 3mm thickness SS304 material. Connection to main chamber flange is 12mm thick SS304. Crushing chamber, bearing seat uses 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. Crushing blade uses hard alloy. Outlet port uses 2mm thick SS304. Crushing chamber uses 26mm thick stainless steel. |
