Description:
ZJS-A capsule counting machine is widely used in small scale production in hospital, pharmaceutical factory, R&D center for capsule counting. ZJS-A Intelligent automatic capsule counting and filling machine adopts proprietary technology, PLC control, touch screen operating system. It can count automatically with high-accuracy. Some accessory equipment can be connected like feeding turntable, capping machine and Labeling machine.
Features:
1. The vertical guide balance counting technology (patented) guarantees to count precision up to 99.9%, which is of great difference to traditional vibrate or rotary disc counting technology.
2. The vertical guide balance counting technology (patented) can count any target quantity by simple setting from control panel. No need change mold parts for same capsule size.
3. Inverter speed control can soft start and stand big starting torque, has flexible speed adjustment and reliable performance.
4. Bottles feeding on conveyor belt. User can connect with upstream/downstream equipments such as unscramble, capper etc.
5. Touch screen HMI and PLC control. Ease of setting parameters.
6. Light sensor detects no bottle or turned bottle automatically and gives alarm for minimum waste of capsules.
7. Mold uses cylindrical pin positioning. Mold change time only 5 mins. Ease of maintenance.
8. Product contact part uses SS304, compliant with GMP
