Water Treatment System 1.5t WTRO Series Reverse Osmosis System Possesses
Description:
RO system:
WTRO series reverse osmosis system possesses the characteristics of high quality, rich experience and reasonable price. Using the international advanced RO membrane, the high efficiency and low noise high pressure pump and correct meter compose and independent reverse osmosis system, so that the whole system unit is on an independent stainless steel support, meanwhile, combines with a clever PLC control system, which can automatically instruct the high pressure pump start or stop and high or low voltage protection, automatically low energy cleaning function.
Reverse osmosis pollution eliminating rate:
1. Desalination rate: >97%
2. Recovery rate: 75%
3. Thermal source eliminating rate: >99%
4. Germ eliminating rate: >97-100%
Process flow:
1. Sand filter: A laminated filter is provided to prevent sand, flocculent and colloid entering into membrane element. Its basic filter element is formed by quartzes sand and anthracite.
2. Active carbon filter: this is provided to absorb organic materials, residual chlorine and other injurants, thus it can reduce the effluent COD and keep SDI under and CL2 under 0.1 mg.
3. Precision filter (micro filter) filter of 5um is installed to prevent fine particulate entering the high lift pump and RO membrane.
4. RO system: cut out colloids, bacteria, virus and other impurities, and keep output water conductivity below 5um/cm.
5. Pure water tank: when the pure water tank is full, the RO machine will automatically come to stop, when the pure water tank is empty, the RO system will automatically run to produce the pure water.
6. Ozone sterilizing device: Ozone release nascent state oxygen when it decomposes, which can massively kill the organic and inorganic substance(including microbe)in the water depending on strong capability of oxygenation. Liquor of ozone and water that is formed after ozone mix with water possesses strong sterilizing action, which can quickly and widely kill many kinds of microbe and pathogen.
