Description:
ZP1000 series rotary tablet press is a series of products, can be widely used in pharmaceutical, food and other industries to suppress various specifications of round and shaped tablets. Specially adapted to Chinese medicine tablets. This series of tablet press meet GMP standards for pharmaceutical production and quality management. The tableting chamber is completely separated from the transmission mechanism, and the tableting chamber is free of any paint. The parts in contact with the medicine are made of stainless steel or specially treated on the surface, which is nontoxic and resistant to corrosion; the tableting area can be contacted from all sides and the surface is smooth on all sides. Easy to clean. The tableting machine has a continuous centralized lubrication system, so that the drive system, guide rails,and main friction parts are fully lubricated, and noise and wear are reduced, which greatly reduces the cost of repair and maintenance. Pressure, thickness, filling, speed adjustment handwheel, all kinds of lights, table cards, buttons are located in the same direction, easy to observe and operate. The tablet press adopts a combination design with a compact structure. Only 90% or more of the parts can be used in common with other models in the series, facilitating the management and replacement of vulnerable spare parts; the mold adopts IPT standard, CE configuration optional, double layer sheet.
