FBP Fluid-bed Processor
Description:
FBP Fluid-bed Processor is mainly used for fluid-bed processing in the pharmaceutical solid dosage production.
The system includes AHU, material bowl and processing chambers, exhaust air filtering units and control parts. Additionally, the system includes exchangeable bowls for other functions.
Top spray granulation
Filtered hot air blows up materials to fluidized state. A spray nozzle on the top sprays atomized binder solution and powders agglomerate in the fluidized flow. In this process, granulation and drying is finished in single processor, so it is also called one-step granulation.
Top spray produced granules are of excellent solubility and low bulk density.
Bottom spray coating
The key of bottom spray coating is material flow control. The bottom air distribution plate is dedicated to accomulate materials at the bottom and blow up from the internal of cylinders, building a steady and continuous free flowing of materials. The cylinder height is adjustable to match up processing air pressure.
