JKGT High Speed Filling And Capping Machine, with Cap feeder, Liquid Filling Line
This machine is suitable for liquid filling of 30ml-500ml bottles in pharmaceutical, health care, food and other industries.
The machine uses a single track to enter the bottle, and the bottle is conveyed to the synchronous belt mold through a monorail conveyor belt for linear filling positioning, and the servo motor drives the metal pump to perform piston movement for precise filling. The filling needle extends into the bottle to the bottom of the bottle to start filling. The needle slowly rises during filling, reducing the undershooting force during filling, preventing the liquid from splashing out of the bottle and bubbling the liquid, and making the filling accuracy more accurate. After filling the programmed dose, the filling head rises and the bottle is sent from the bottle tray to the next process.
This machine has no bottle to stop the host, no bottle is not filled, no cover is stopped, the capping head is tightened to the sliding device, the bottle body is not injured, the bottle cap is not damaged, the output count, the alarm display and the like. The whole machine meets GMP requirements.
One servo motor corresponds to 12 pumps.
It adopts positive pressure linear filling, which can smoothly enter and exit the bottle, does not explode the bottle, does not bottle, and runs stably;
