The modular solid preparation line includes a high shear mixer and fluid-bed dryer module, a dry mill and mixing, tablet press/capsule filling module, a coating module.
Each module is independent and can be combined. It is a research and development system that covers the process of granulation, drying, dosage forming, mixing, tablet press/capsule filling and coating. The complete equipment complies with GMP, cGMP, FDA, and PICS requirements.
The system process operation is controlled by the PLC programmable system, and the touchscreen interface can meet the control requirements of SCADA and DCS, as well as reserves the interface for accessing the LAN. The process control parameters are displayed on the touchscreen, and all data is recorded and can print out. The control system meets FDA 21 CFR PART 11 data traceability requirements. It is an up-to-date modular solid dosage preparation unit with high performance and efficiency.
Solid dosage preparation
1. Design exchangeable granulation bowl, free selection of 1L, 3L, 5L (total volume) of the granulation bowl according to the process.
2. Closed processing environment. Through the glass top cover, operator easily visual check the material condition inside the bowl.
3. The mixing paddle and the cone wall produce a strong swirling and tumbling movement of materials, which offers a highly efficient environment for agglomeration.
4. Side chopping knife efficiently resizes big lumps.
5. Axial seal and inflatable seal double protection to prevent cross-contamination at shafts.
6. Touchscreen + PLC control system, manual and automatic operation.

Dry cone mill
1. The whole wet cone mill is composed of a motor, a transmission box, a three-blade knife, a sieve and a discharge transfer interface.
2. The sieve can choose Φ0.8, Φ1.0, Φ1.5, Φ2 round pore screen.
3. It is convenient to adjust the spacing between the knife and the sieve by replacing the adjusting pad.

1. The coating chamber adopts round cabin design, which is compact structure, convenient for cleaning and beautiful in appearance.
2. Coating pan negative pressure automatic adjustment. At the top of coating machine chamber, installed an additional negative pressure sensor. System control exhaust fan speed, the exhaust fan wind speed and air volume to controlling the negative pressure in the coating pan according to process requirements.
3. Hot air velocity automatic control. According to process requirements, the operating system automatically controls the blower fan speed, change the air supply and wind speed to achieve automatic control of hot air velocity.
4. Display and control of temperature value: A temperature sensor is arranged at the air inlet and outlet of the coating drum. After the temperature signal is input to the PLC and compared with the set value (80°C), the heat exchanger is automatically controlled to achieve the value. The control of the coating temperature value has an accuracy of ±2°C.
5. Spray gun atomization coverage adjustment and control functions: spray gun is patented design, simple operation. The area and shape of spray gun atomization can be adjusted with the 360° of the nozzle. The total coverage can be adjusted by turning the angle of the nozzle cover according to the loading amount of the pan. The operation is convenient and easy to handle, avoiding artificial operation factors and affecting the atomization effect. To facilitate the formulation of post SOPs.
6. Spray gun and atomization program control function: Designed a dual gas structure, in the process to ensure that atomization air is always first and then the coating dressing, this eliminates the phenomenon of dripping in the atomization process and greatly extends the life of the needle. The exquisite air circuit design completely eliminates the need for plugging.
7. Nozzle cleaning anti-blocking function: In the program to design a periodical interval automatic gun and manual gun clearing procedures, as long as the clear gun can be completed in 1 second, to avoid the effect of membrane blockage to the coating effect.
8. Data storage function: Automatically record the relevant process parameters in the real-time production process, and print on demand, avoiding manual recording errors and ensuring the original records are true and reliable.
9. With the inlet humidity display: In the coating machine inlet at the humidity sensor is set, the air humidity signal is displayed on the touch screen after the PLC, for the process personnel in the process of exploring the coating process and provides an important parameter.
10. With the display of wind speed and air volume: At the air inlet of the coating machine, a wind speed and air volume sensor is set.
