LFC Laboratory Film Coating Machine
The LFC Laboratory Film Coating Machine is special designed laboratory equipment for film coating on traditional Chinese and Western tablets and pills in small batch run. This equipment is manufactured according to GMP requirements in pharmaceutical industry.
The entire outer surface, coating pan, spraying gun and all visible surface is made of stainless steel. The whole process is PLC control, manual and automatic operation. The control system has flexible process parameters setting, such as coating pan speed and inlet air temperature, coating pan negative pressure and complete control parameters display, production data record and print out.
The whole coating operation is carried out under negative pressure condition and is free from dust emission and liquid splash. This machine is a high quality, high efficiency, reliable, energy efficient, easy operation coating equipment and is widely used in laboratory for drug development.
